Privacy policy

Summary
We store the minimum needed for you to have an account and play. We do not use advertising or tracking tools, we do not sell data, and we never see your Google or Discord password.
What data we store
- Your sign-in identifier (Google or Discord): a number the provider gives us to recognize you.
- Display name from your Google or Discord account.
- Email address, only if the provider marks it as verified.
- Dates of account creation and last sign-in.
- On the forum: the username you choose and what you post (topics, replies, votes and reports).
We do not store passwords, profile pictures, contacts or payment data.
How we use it
- To create your account, let you sign in to the website and the game, and keep it secure.
- To manage your Alpha registration and access.
- To show a public sign-up counter (only the total number, never personal data).
- To publish your forum posts under your username and moderate the community.
What is public
On the forum, your username, the date you joined, and the topics and replies you post are public. Your Google or Discord name and your email are never shown.
Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies: mmo_session, which keeps you signed in on the website (7 days); mmo_logged_in, which only indicates that a session is open (7 days); lang, which remembers your language (1 year); and mmo_flow, which protects the sign-in process (10 minutes). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States, with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and daily backups that are automatically deleted after 30 days.
How long
For as long as you have an account. If you delete it, it is removed from our database immediately and disappears from backups within 30 days. Your forum posts are kept anonymously (shown as “Deleted account”) so conversations are not broken; if you want them removed, delete them before deleting your account.
Your rights
You can access your data and delete your account at any time from My account → “Delete my account”. You can also revoke our app’s access from the security settings of your Google or Discord account.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and announce it in the update notes.
